Dégustation janvier 2023, la journaliste Julia Harding MW, qui travaille avec Jancis Robinson, a dégusté vos vins et il a publié ses notes et commentaires sur leur site web.

2021 Petit Chablis - 16 -Subtle aroma, just a little creamy and lemony. But it opens up to a light note of spice and creamy oatmeal. Really creamy. Light-bodied, fresh citrus fruit at the core. Not especially intense but that creaminess is delicious. GV (JH)

2021 Chablis Coteaux de Fontenay -  16.5 - A touch more spice than on the Petit Chablis, but still that lovely creaminess. Deeper and a little chewier. Persistent, pure and intense to the very end. (JH)

2021 Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume- 16- Interesting aroma, just a little bit sweaty/smoky – perhaps a little flinty. The same on the palate and yet with the creamy texture of this producer's wines. A little sour on the finish, but distinctive. (JH)

2021 Chablis 1er Cru Vaulorent-17-Pure, creamy citrus aroma, with an attractive hint of crushed stones and lime fruit. Deep, slightly chewy, with a long, mealy aftertaste. Persistent, textured, delicious. (JH)

2021 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Vieilles Vignes-16.5+-Seductive, creamy citrus nose with just a touch of oak spice. Broad and spicy on the palate. Creamy but not quite as intense as the Vaulorent. Long and spreading across the palate. Chewy but great freshness on the finish. (JH)

2021 Chablis Grand Cru Preuses -17-Rich and mealy on the nose. Both deep and creamy, as well as brightly crisp with lemon fruit. Not as delicious as the Vaulorent but it does have impressive power and a lovely, creamy aftertaste. (JH)
