Great Chablis Wines Ask for our rates

The Chablis is fruity, with the minerality so typical of the wines of our region. Best drunk within 5 years, to best appreciate the freshness and vivacity of this wine.

Like the Petit Chablis this wine is easy to pair with food: it is perfect as an aperitif to go with gougères, a cold andouillette, and comté cheese. It also works with snails, asparagus, sauerkraut, terrines, Italian pasta dishes such as carbonara, bolognaise, pestos, and sea food…. All types of Asian food also stand up well.
